I contacted Bedford Camera on Monday, June 25, needing a Nikon D500 ASAP. I spoke to Kathy that morning to let her know what I needed and that it would need to be shipped overnight. Early that afternoon I had an email from Austin who had done an exceptional job of putting together a package that totally met my needs. Just have to say that every time I have an issue I can walk to the doors and these guys are very nice very cordial and take care of any problems that I ever have. I can always walk in and feel comfortable enough to know that they're not going to browbeat me or try to sell me on something that I don't need or don't want but actually figure out what I am looking for to my specific needs in reference to photography.
