The Rodney Parham location is the only place I'll go! Hands down they are the best!!
Could not have asked for a better experience. I walked in with a problem with my camera. I was expecting to drop it off and not see it for weeks as most camera stores I've been to normally do. The young lady at the counter took the camera, listened to what was wrong with it, and did the fix right then and there within 5 minutes. That kind of customer service is rare these days and it was very much appreciated. I just moved to the area recently so this was my first time at Bedford. Will def. be returning in the future.
