I've used Bedfords for years and have always had excellent service and great quality product. I accidentally uploaded the wrong version of my Christmas cards and had them printed. When I pulled them out I noticed the errors. I swore I triple checked but somehow I printed them wrong. Called up to see what the ETA was to have new ones printed and they offered to cut the price of new cards for me. That was a huge help since I had ordered 50 and they also still let me use our Military Discount. Thank you guys!

Bedford is great and I’ve heard nothing but good things about the store. However I would like to give accolades to Mr. Matthew Dyson (hint the name of royalty Dyson vacuums, lol). He took the time to carefully instruct us on the use of the equipment and to personalize our products for our specific needs.
