Was a member for over a year and during that period saw this gym decline in space and equipment. Then when I attempt to cancel my membership and get a refund for unused sessions due to Corona the manager refuses to contact me through email or phone. Even after talking to the staff over 6 times in person. Worst customer service on a managing level that I've ever dealt with.
Too expensive for what you get.

SCAM ALERT "I'll give you a free week to try us out, just let me take all of your information because it's "policy" and if I notice you didn't cancel before it charges you I'll call you and we'll fix it".... oh but when I called back to cancel after because I NEVER WENT and I wasn't supposed to be charged for just trying 7 days and she said she'd fix it.. it's "oh yeah you didn't cancel in time.. now it's $150 to do it" wtf?? why did she say she'd take care of it. blatant liars just to get credit card information out of peop... read more
Massive gym that uses its space very well. Great air flow, lighting, and extremely versatile equipment that includes lots of functional training as well. Plenty of cardio machines and large HD TVs, classes, and affordable membership prices. Most importantly, it is very very clean!
Awesome Gym love it there....
