Some of the staff is somewhat rude and I'm tired of it. This company only cares about money and not the actual customer or their needs. Been with them a year and I haven't liked it, they play too many tricks with wording to make you think you're getting something when it's actually the opposite. Worst company ever. When I initially called the listed point of contact from the website, I was told that this person wasn't really handling it and I was then passed around to 3 separate people and none of these people gave me the same answer on a move in date (which differed from the website). can not rave enough about the customer service; namely the accounting section. I have always received timely and correct information when ever I have needed it. this is due to Melissa McPike. she brakes down all information for you and makes it readily available. she is always happy to go the extra mile and has made my experience with this company a good one.
I had the pleasure of working with Kim Hoobler on my recent home purchase and she was amazing from start to finish. Buying from out of state can be a challenge, but Kim made the process hassle-free.
