I called and asked for recommended vendors and Jessica was so helpful and informative.
I have been renting from this company since 2014, as a military family we are always dealing with management companies, we have always had prompt and efficient service.
I wish zero stars was an option! Our entire tenure with this realty company was horrendous! Their idea of communication included ignoring our complaints for necessary repairs, then giving us less very short notice to clear out an entire room for them to paint a wall - while we were in the process of packing to move out (in less than two weeks). When the water heater started leaking they took so long to respond, black mold started growing! But if a random wall needs painted, we were expected to jump hoops to accommodate them.... read more

Some of the staff is somewhat rude and I'm tired of it. This company only cares about money and not the actual customer or their needs. Been with them a year and I haven't liked it, they play too many tricks with wording to make you think you're getting something when it's actually the opposite. Worst company ever. They tell me one thing one day and the next, something else. And don't count on getting your deposit back. They will find a way to use all of that money. My house had no damage caused by me.
