Nightmare of an experience all around.
Recommended5 Stars I strongly recommend Becky for your Real Estate needs. We used Becky to both buy and sell our Enterprise house. We it came time to sell, we were living out it state and had a tenant living there. She worked directly with the tenant to handle the sale. She handled everything for me negating the requirement to even return to Enterprise. Thanks Becky!
They prey on military families.
MILITARY BEWARE. If they see you in uniform the first thing they ask is for orders so they can see how much you make to jack up the prices on rent. All my non military neighbors paid at least $200 less then i did for exactly the same townhouse. Out of $750 dollar deposit i got back $61 because they decided to hire multiple cleaning companies for some mysterious reason and decided to repaint and upgrade the house with my money. Please stear clear of these thiefs.
Very unprofessional company! Don’t expect a return call, email or etc. you will never get it! I will never look at any of their properties again!
