She was most helpful and made our transition to SC in general so easy and smooth. The property is very nice and I love that it is a smoke free community. All the residents I have met so far are friendly and all the common areas are beautiful. Glad to be a resident here.
Verified Renter Safe, clean, and staff is very good on keeping us updated on what is going on. They always have something for the residents on holidays and also have special food trucks that visit. The staff is always available and have a great attitude! We even get waves from maintenance:). Staff seems to have a very low turnover which is helpful. Happy here! Nice safe place:).
