Verified Renter When I toured the community, the one unit I wanted had an odd/musty odor. The staff agreed to have the carpet ionized prior to move-in, and it was completed. However, the odor remained. I had my concerns as I had now signed the lease and already moved in. There are always fears that once you've signed the paperwork, 'good luck' getting what you need done. Verified Renter My husband and I love the convenient location to airport and south Charlotte, as well as the Greenway with miles of trails for hiking and biking. We also enjoy the amenities at Beckett Farms. It's a really nice place to live.
