In general, the staff at Beck Service Center is great. I do NOT recommend the shop any longer, however. My parking brake failed the very first time I tried to use it (a couple of days) after a recent brake repair. They tell me the failure is not due to anything they did. The customer service team along with the mechanics who inspect, diagnose and work on your vehicle are set on servicing you and your vehicles NEEDS and giving you a 100% honest detailed report on your vehicle! They’re not your normal shop, if it’s something that can wait they’ll tell you, if it’s something needed they will tell you but they won’t pressure you into anything and will be willing to help in anyway they can

Brought my truck in for an ac repair for summer. The technician found it was simply unplugged and needed charged. The honesty from the shop was very appreciated. Some shops would take advantage of that situation. Could not speak higher about their shop. A+.
I’ve been taking my cars here for the last 15 years. Their staff is super friendly, professional and their work is top notch. If you want the best on the South side, take your auto to Bill at Beck Service Center!
Misinform my ex wife and I about your charges. Try and charge her 130 when you charged me nothing. Your guy was rude and condescending on the phone. Then the owner has the nerve to call and talk down to me!!! Extremely rude and horrible way to run a business!!! They had no right to call my phone and talk down to the way he did!!! My vehicle is not there so you have no right to call my phone. That's harrassment and if it happens again my lawyer will be notified!!!
Honest, efficient, quality service. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They will have one of their drivers drop you off after you leave your car. Then they will pick you up when the car is completed. Our cars have always been repaired correctly on the initial attempt.
