Ben has been prompt and professional in his communication with me. One week we had a small "hiccup" to which he quickly replied, admitted his mistake (unheard of these days!) and discounted my next cleaning. Paula and her crew are wonderful. I love that this company has one person "In charge" of the job (ie Paula) and before she leaves, she overviews the house to make certain everything was done to her standards. I have been a client of Becht Pride cleaning service for going on a year now. I have monthly cleanings. Paula and her crew have done an excellent job every time they've been here. Professional and thorough. I've had some issues with scheduling but they have been remedied to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Becht Pride for as long as the current level of service remains.
I had to reschedule my standing appointment with Becht Pride last week due to our having a power outage, and I was very pleased at how hard they worked to get me back on their schedule. Paula and Gigi were able to come this afternoon and did a wonderful job! In fact, I've asked that they be the team to come each time to my house.
Paula and her team have been cleaning our home for several months. They always do a great job! We've had a few minor "hiccups" with the company, but overall we are very pleased. Keep coming back!
