Do not believe their original date for closing. They will take an extra 3 months plus to finish the house you put earnest money on. Then they will tell you at least you are not in one of their communities that are over a year behind. Interest rates have gone up 1.5 percent and still rising. Good thing they offer you money to use one of their lenders that will tell you it's 5k plus to lock a rate and advise against it because they know Beazer will not finish the house on time and the rate will go up anyway and you lose all th... read more
