Do not buy from this builder. I made the mistake of ignoring reviews on them. Now I'm paying the price. They have ignored or promised to fix countless problems. From leaks to HVAC problems. They do not honor their warranties. Even when they do, they pick and choose who they want to help. I have been waiting almost 2 years for them to fix countles Warranty items. I can not stress this enough. DO NOT buy from Beazer Homes
Very nice but not what we needed.
Home wasn’t built very well and when the ONE YEAR walk through was done we got blamed for a broken bathroom window that CAME BROKEN with the house and was supposed to be fixed at the first walk through before we even moved in and never was. Almost 3 years later and we STILL HAVE THE BLUE WALK-THROUGH TAPE in one of the rooms. Gave up on trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Once the house was sold to us no one bothered to help us with anything. Will never buy another Beazer home again.
