The manager (I assume - black woman) was coughing without covering her mouth whilst preparing food - coughing straight into the fryer and all over the sides. Not acceptable!
BeaverTails are something like flat donut pastries stretched flat to look like a beaver's tail, deep-fried to golden perfection, and smothered in enough sugar, diabetes, and other sweet unhealthy fatty toppings. Had the avalanche (cheesecake and caramel) and it was DELICIOUS. The crunchy caramel complimented the beaver tail fried donut-like texture and the cheesecake spread balanced the sweetness. Might be my favorite dessert ever.
