Ordered a beaver tail with chocolate hazelnut topping on Sunday Oct 9th. I was the only customer there. They gave me one with cinnamon/sugar top. Then took it back and put some spread on it. Ok, took one bite and entire pastry fell apart. Ended up mostly in the sand on the beach for the seagulls… Disgusting! Never again.
We waited in line but by the time we got to the front, they ran out of most of the toppings. We ordered the cinnamon and sugar one and it was good but slightly on the crispy side.
Slathering fried bread with sugar shouldn't be rocket science but unfortunately for the employees at this location on September 3rd, 2021 it was. To say the customer service was poor would be an understatement. It starts with the young lady who couldn't maintain her focus long enough to have a cohesive conversation and take a full order. She eventually managed to understand we wanted 2 BeaverTails with nutella and chocolate.
