The service can be a little slow at this particular location - it’s very busy. However, if you are patient then the reward is worth the wait. A wonderful Canadian classic dessert. Was super delicious and they offer a variety of different toppings and flavours.

Came with some friends from the states to show them the island, this place said cash only (which is fine, but a bit inconvenient). Naturally, no one had cash but my American friends did have USD. They said they accept USD and when asked at what exchange rate they never answered, and gave change back at 1 CAD:1 USD. Currently, it’s 1.4 CAD:1 USD so this is a bit insane, I understand a markup on the exchange but 40% is out to lunch. Also the beavertails were just OK.
15min wait for my order to be taken, another long wait to receive the order
Slow. REALLY slow service.. employees are eager to arrive to their closing time only. Huge cues and once we were there to order, she says they run out of dough. It’s 4pm on a Saturday and their service sucks.
