I reached out to these folks with a simple question being new to the vending industry. In return I got a garbled nonsensical response only trying to sell me parts. For that , I'll dispose of and recycle the Beaver machines I have and use a more reputable brand that actually cares about their customers and offers helpful support. Screw these losers!!!
