Called to make an appointment in June - the soonest they could made it for was August. Got the same day call this morning that THEY needed to cancel it and the soonest they can reschedule it for is two months from now in OCTOBER. How is this an ok practice??? It shouldn't take 4 months to get in to see a doctor. I am so incredibly disappointed by Beaver right now. It was bad enough that it takes 2 months to get in. But when YOU cancel an appointment YOU should try to get the patient in as quickly as possible. Not throw them ... read more
As a patient, I found it really convenient, all the doctors I needed were there as well as X-Ray, lab and a pharmacy. As an employee, I lived it. I enjoyed working with everyone there. My supervisor, Betty Luna was the best supervisor anyone could ask for, and my coworkers were all good, caring people.
I'm very disappointed in Beaver for the way they have treated their Oncology patients...throwing us out like we are disposable. We are fighting for our lives and deserve the very best, most respectful care...
Beaver medical group used to be a good place for medical treatment. However, now to call your Doctor you wait on hold for 2 hrs or leave a message and they will call you back within 4 hrs unless its 3 or later then it will be tomorrow. Their billing practices leave alot to be desired!!! Do not join them you will be sorry!
They need doctors in the pass area. I have had 4 doctors in 2 years. 3 have quit. I now have an excellent doctor in redlands.
