On my second visit I was overcharged. In the checkout I was distracted and given Nexgard which I did not ask for and did not want because I use Frontline because it's as effective and much cheaper. Because I trusted them I didn't look at the really look at the bill until I got home, I just thought like every else the prices really went up. Instead I was charged $85 for Nexgard. I'm old and live on socisl security and Beaver Dam took advantage of me. ROBBERS!!!!!!!!!
I took Max to the BD vet 4/10/20 to get him neutered, a cat I rescued. I was going to have him tested for FIV and FELV first because I can't put him with my cats if he's positive. When I brought him in they wanted to weigh him and I said we have to do it in the crate because I've never picked him up. I said just weigh the empty crate after he's out.
