They really need a better system for scheduling appointments, you can't even get ahold of anyone by phone to schedule but they get mad if you just show up They have a multiple options on their phone tree that either ring and ring and ring and ring and ring Or an automated voice answers and says no one's available then you have to go back to the main main menu and if you hit the right number you might be able to leave a message What are people supposed to do??

Worst customer service I've ever delt with. Called and left a message to pay a bill. Called and called and called with no answer or call back to then send my bill to a collections agency 2 days after I left message.
The worse customer service in the world, they don't return calls the mess up billing insurance then don't get it fixed in a timely manner. Hope my doctor office finds a more reliable lab to work with.
