I had botox done and the nurse made a mistake and I was given too much. So much that my eyes drooped for three months. I reported it to them and saw Raquel and was told there was nothing they could do. I had asked Raquel to do it in the first place and had she done it I think the results would have been very different. Overall, I spent a lot of money to look tired and older for three months. It was disappointing that not only did they say they couldn't do anything but I was 't offered even a partial refund.
Horrible experience for medical cannabis card. I was supposed to have my 6-month check up with them today. Got an email at 8:00 this morning canceling the appointment last minute due to my doctor not even working there anymore. This should have been handled much more thoroughly. Do this happening and having to schedule with different doctor my cannabis card is going to expire and cost twice as much.
