Beauty for the beast – I had the worst customer service experience of my life in this store! I took my sensitive skinned female pitbull mix in for a Shampoo and Dry, I asked for Sensitive Skin Shampoo for her. After I had finished scrubbing her up and I started to notice a rather strong scent of perfume, when I asked I was assured that i had the right shampoo and treated a little curtly. I love this place! – I was so happy to see this dog wash open up in No. Portland. I love the facilities, and it's never crowded. The shop has great and healty food and treats. Whenever I need something for my pets, they always have it. The prices are a little high, but for the wash it's worth it. Thanks for opening your store in this location.
