Awesome Customer Service!! – I have been to several businesses of this type but no longer feel the need to search anymore! I take my two dogs in to "Do-It-Yourself" washing and have my little dog groomed there!My two favorite employee's are Jen (at the front desk) and Penny (groomer). Beauty for the Beast N. Lombard – I took my dog here on spur of the moment instead of to regular groomer. Not impressed, I was hoping for a good experience from what I had read from reviews. When I went to pick up my dog they didin't say a word to me and just handed him to me and said Thank you.....It was really strange. We love this place! – I have been taking my Min-Pin to the groomers for over a year now. They are always friendly and do a great job on my dog's nails. Another big bonus for me is that they are close to home! If you are looking for fantastic groomers, this is the place to go!
Typically great... – I've been using Penny at Beauty for the Beast in Lombard for the last four groom visits over the past year or so. Today I took my dog in and ended up picking her up 2 hours later than normal (I usually go as soon as they call me). Wonderful! – My 9-month old Scottish Terrier had a terrible experience at another local groomer for his first cut 4 months prior. Having learned my lesson the hard way, I was very serious about finding a groomer that would approach my puppy with an emphasis on making him comfortable with his experience. I explained all of this to Penny, one of the groomers at Beauty for the Beast, and not only was she compassionate about our previous experience, but also allowed me to stay with my dog while she groomed him. This place is doggone great! – I took Jake in for a grooming and it was great. The people there were so nice, Jake didn't seem flipped out when I picked him up, and he looked georgous. The salon is kind of hip and fun and I will definitely take him back again soon. Glad I found them!
Beauty not beast for this shop! – Great shop! Not only does this place save my back from breaking over our tub at home, they have a great selection of retail items as well! The customer service is awesome! The gentleman that has helped us everytime we come in is really helpful and has let us in to do a quick wash when they were ready to close. Something Tells Me... – Something tells me a customer who names his/her dog "Gucci" 1. Doesn't have a lot of credibility 2. Tends to be a high maintenance person 3. Likes a little drama 4. Doesn't realize that "Gucci" is allergic to her, not scented shampoo Okay, I don't know this person, but do remember folks, everyone makes mistakes. Easy in and out. – Our second trip to Beauty For Your Beast. We were helped by the same guy. He has been polite and helpful on both visits.He kept a good attitude even after she made a few accidents on the floor. I would recommend this business to anyone in the local area. They do provide the basics. I wish they would take it one step further and provide some more of the pampering products. Such as conditioner and dog perfumes. I know I could bring my own,but it would be much more convienient if they had them available.
