Beware. The local management violates the official 30 day refund policy. I brought an electronic device to store and was told that they do not refund electronic. I was speechless but none the less left the shop and called Shoppers customer service. They advised I speak to the manager. I went back and did that. The manager came over and reluctantly asked if I opened the box. I said that I didn't. She opened the box and for the longest time ever tried to find clues that the item was used although it was clearly still wrap seal... read more
