I hired Mike Omey to clean the widows in our new home. He left dirt and smudges in some windows and missed entire windows. That can happen especially since it is a very large house. I called him back and he said he would return and re-do whatever he missed. Two weeks later, he has not returned. Whenever I call him, I get an excuse or he says he is coming but does not show up.
