As usual my experience with Beautiful Smiles was exemplary. The hygienist Alex was gentle and thorough, and the conversation rich. Most professionals do not afford their clients that level of personal touch, rather they rush you through to maximize the almighty dollar.
Hana is a fabulous dentist. She has extraordinary people-skills and the ability to reassure her patients, while maintaining a professional demeanor. She is conscientious, uses top-level technology, (same-day crowns) and is the most patient and kind dentist I have every seen. Hana is also able to connect with her patients on a personal level which develops the rapport that fosters trust. I am very fortunate to have had both Dr. Hana and Dr. Rashid as my dentists for the last 14 years! Due to certain circumstances, my teeth and gums have been in poor health and they have helped me over the years get them back in shape. Due to insurance changes at work, there was a period of time where I had to change my dentist, but I was so unhappy with that dentist's practices that I have returned to Dr. Hana and Dr. Rashid (for good!) even if it means paying out of my own pocket. They do an excellent job on my 7 year old and my 2 year old who is autistic. Its hard to find someone who will go slow, take the little extra time with children so they leave in smiles!! Never disappointed when we visit.
