The team was warm, welcoming, reassuring, positive, friendly, and professional. Having dental anxiety makes any emergency visit extra nerve wracking, but the moment I walked in... I felt at ease and less nervous. Their work was impeccable and I am now pain free! After that one visit, I switched providers and made Dr. Hana here my primary dentist!
I am very happy with the dental care I have received since 2000. Dr. Rashid and Dr. Hana (Rashid) are both so pleasant. I don't like that drill any more than the next guy, but they both give really good shots, Just had a cavity filled and can't feel the difference in the the texture of my teeth. I never feel pain while they work Well once in a while things hurt just a little bit but only for a second. Maybe I need more friends, but I really enjoy seeing them every six months or so. Dr. Ibtisan Rashid DDS, Dr. Hana Rashid DDS and their dedicated Dental Assistant Danielle Orozco are sincerely true angels. They graciously scheduled two of my teen grandchildren for an initial visit on a weekend Holiday. Then when they arrived and they discovered the children' s specific Dental Plan was not covered by their office, they went ahead and treated the children anyway.
