My wife scheduled an appointment at this salon a week and a half in advance for both of us to get our nails and eyebrows done. This wasn’t a walk-in—we made sure to plan ahead because we had a wedding to attend the next day and took time off work specifically for this. I made my appointment for the week I was on vacation for mom about two weeks in advance. My appointment was for the afternoon so, I called in the morning to confirm because I thought it was strange I didn't get a confirmation text at least the day before as I have received from other places. The lady that answered the phone told me the hairdresser was on vacation and that they never wrote down my appointment. My mother was looking forward to this day.
