Been here with my wife going on 6 hours now and only a couple people have been called into the back. Her pain is 10/10
I have been in the waiting room for three and a half hours. not one person has been called back in over an hour. I am extremely ill and this has been by far the WORST experience. How can you call yourselves an Emergency room if you do not act with a sense of urgency?
Receptionist is so rude. We have been waiting for test results of days now and they could careless. So sad how they are. The lady at the front desk needs to be fired. Loud mouth and hung up on me. I'm sorry I'm a little frustrated since we have been waiting like 5 days now and not one call but since it's not your family member you could careless. Never would I recommend anyone go here unless you want to be in pain for a month now with no answers.
RecommendedI had my second surgery done on my Kidney for my Kidney Stone. I was sooo lost trying to find a specific area. Everyone there was sooo nice and friendly they led me to the place I needed to be. I ended up being 20 min late but that didn’t stop them. Super SUPER friendly staff all the Nurses I couldn’t of asked for a better team let alone a better Doctor to make my surgery go smoothly and to help calm me down. I will not go anywhere else.

Not enough time on the horrible experience it was. Because they didn’t feel he was sick enough to give him a room but too sick to send home. He was put in the basement, in a room so small it could only have a folding chair so you can get up fold it so someone can move.
currently admitted with acute spinal pain and possible spinal infection with loss of ability to use right leg, moving to the left. 3 days and nothing is done. waiting 12 hrs for stat MRI and then not read by Radiologist. Apparently staff can not page neurosurgeon. Not following infection covid19 or any guidelines. Have yet to see handwashing and when I ask thay lie and say they did but I watched them not even doing basic hygiene much less for covid19. Reporting to state if I am alive long enough.
