Not impressed,wife had surgery today, still waiting for a clean bed for her. Nursing had no idea the room wasn’t clean til I told them and house keeper can’t be located, imagine that. So she still waits in Recovery having been NPO since midnight last night and it’s almost 5 PM now. Never again, never.
I have been waiting for 2.25 hours in ER with a patient with cardiac symptoms of distress. Is this normal? I think not !!
worst hospital ever, sorry to say that but dang, I feel for anyone who has to go this horrible place!
RecommendedExcellent in everything. I can’t say more. I spent exactly 2 months back in 2012 and I just can’t describe how they are wonderful people from the doctors to the people who cleans the room. Oh my God I share tears every time I remember that period. I was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk and she throw me like 60 feet and I had broken left arm and my left leg were damaged bad , plus I had TBI. No one thinks that I will make it, but thank God first and thanks to them they saved my life and I am living and enjoying life... read more
RecommendedI really hope all you staff doesn’t feel this way... and I really hope she does not take care of any officers in need. This makes me very uncomfortable even going to your hospital.
very disrespectful lack basic morals and empathy. very long story short i wouldn't take my 5 yr old son here if he was dieing. i was here less then 5 min n was laughed at made fun of and told to leave even tho i was brought by ambulance.. I've never liked garden city hospital. but in the 5 min at garden city i was taken care of an talked to doctors. while i was laughed at and told to leave within 5 min of ARRIVING BY AMBULANCE.. i can't speak for entire hospital but the men and woman behind the emergency desk especially the ... read more
You know how the hospital system is advertising “don’t put off care”, we’re here and ready to take care of you” so schedule your treatment, schedule your procedures!!! BS!!!! Doctor said go tothe ER. Two hour wait just to be seen. Stuck now in observation for hours. Finally admitted and no beds available. 3:00 a.m. stuck here all night. Had to ask for a pillow. The worse experience in my life, I came by ambulance , my vitals good - put in a waiting room with others already there. The pain I was having was crippling I couldn’t stand straight , nor sit. They would not let me lay anywhere , in my pjs, in servers pain & throwing up left there in the middle of the waiting room, everyone waiting had to watch my events . I am in the ER for abdominal pain. I was taken out of my room half naked and placed in hallway no blanket no explanation. When I asked if I could get dressed first I was pulled into hallway and told to get dressed there. This is so crazy to me I told my hubby I’m so glad he gave his 2 week notice if this is how this hospital treats people. I had to lay in hallway half naked for 1/2 hour then get dressed in cat scan room. I’m mortified how I was treated. Shame on you Beaumont
