Was given wrong information and sent away with my sick son. Came back to the after hours pediatric check-in to be interrupted by the lady when we were checking in when I tried to explain to her they let someone in front of us. Very rude. This was my second bad experience here, and will be my last time here
This hospital has gone down the tubes! All you do is wait, No hurry when it comes to patients health. Everyone works at same speed, slowwwwww. I've seen a patient's health deteriate quickly and they still couldn't get it together. That patient, my mother's roommate, did not make it. And they lie to families! Heard it with my own ears. Pathetic. This hospital absolutely does not live up to what they claim! Go elsewhere.
Absolutely incredible people, nurses, pre-op, surgeons, etc. Everyone was incredibly kind to me, my surgery went smooth and swift, and I feel much better now. 5/5
Exceptional care and great facility. My brother was at Beaumont Troy for many weeks during his battle with cancer and always received great care from all the staff and administration. Thank you.
relativity of care better than most in the areas especially when you have 40 fifty years better treatment than 1977 I cut my arm in the factory I was the first person through these doors ribbon-cutting ceremony and all they saved my arm back then every time I've been anywhere else I have not had good service one bad experience never swayed me at all I would recommend staying healthy at Boma anywhere else since

A great experience! I got injured while playing basketball in a pre-wedding activity. My son got married. I missed the wedding. The Beaumont Troy staff took great care of me. They were professional and warm. It is rare that you come across a staff that everyone is great at what they do. My experience was second to none. I would like to give my sincere thanks to the Beaumont Troy staff for taking care of me during that difficult and trying time. You are tops! Continue doing the great job, you do
