terrible bedside manners in 6 West floor. rude & inconsiderate service from post operative nurses and doctors. scarred and traumatized my daughter for life with the treatment received. seemed like surgery was just a business now. Just insurance, doctors doing their business & nurses come to do their shift but no compassion for human beings.. ortho care about their surgical area.. but not the well-being of the patient as a whole.. mentally torn, physically worn out... and that is COREHELL now.. not beaumont anymore... here is... read more

If I could give negative 10 stars I would! I was on the phone with a patient for 32 minutes as her and her room mate were calling for help. When someone finally did respond there was no compassion just a couple short sharp response (disgusting!) Someone actually answered my cousin after the 32 minutes. Room mate was in pain and was in need of help as she kept losing control of her bowels. The room mate said she was 90 something. I usually attend Beaumont Grosse Pointe, but I’m stay with my daughter not far from Beaumont Troy. Three days ago I went to the ER with SEVERE intestinal pain and after several tests I was told that I had diverticulitis . I have had it before so I am familiar with the agenda for this . I was given morphine for pain and after about 2 hours the RESIDENT DOCTOR related to me that he was releasing me instead of admitting me , and I asked him what I could eat considering that with diverticulitis a strict diet is expected . Emergency 7 hours wait, being inside staff was around on their phones acting busy.A lot of rooms empty and patients with emergency waiting for someone to get them in.Disgraceful and rude nurses acting like doctors and with attitude.if you have a emergency don’t even think about going in Troy Beaumont.

I just had a terrible result from a concern I registered with Beaumont Hospital Customer Service. They requested the wrong service from an Ambulance Company, rather than the $30 Medicar Service they requested a basic ambulance service. Result is approximately $1,970 overcharge. My Advice: Do not trust Beaumont Troy - They do not stand behind their promises and are leaving my 83 year old Mom who can barely walk, see well enough to read a piece of paper, and who trusted them with a huge bill for their mistake. This hospital is does not follow proper covid protocol. Its no wonder you catch it so easily. As I write I have been waiting in their ER for going 10 hours with my Mother. She has been in the hallway the entire 10 hours while I have watched people come and go and and people that came after her that were also waiting in the hall getting in an exam room for minor swollen foot.
