Excellent Great rapport with patient. Focused but not rushed. Felt he cared about my issue. Clearly explained treatment options. His care resolved my pain. Would highly recommend him.
Top of the line
Dr. Shay was not my original Dr. for my Charcots. He took over my case at a chaotic time and has been consistent and fantastic every step of the way. Great Dr. with Great Knowledge.

Pleasant .. asked if I’d had blood work to determine if I had gout or inflammatory arthritis (no). Subject was dropped. Why not call for labs as foot still swollen. In/ out within a maximum of 10 minutes.

Dr. Shay was extremely reassuring when treating my foot/ankle issues. He and his staff made me feel as though I was his only patient. The office visit was NOT rushed. I was offered his professional opinion and he even took a few minutes to listen to and address my questions and concerns. I trust him completely with all his suggestions on the best methods of treatment for me.
