Dr. Shay is very efficient during the visit. And is willing to explain conditions and alternatives.
Dr. Shay fixed a painful arthritic condition in my foot. I had endured a lot of pain for two years until he fixed it with surgery. Dr. Shay and all his surgery and nursing staff explained the procedure well. I feel I got the red carpet treatment by Beau Shay, and I'm confident my foot will soon be close to as good as new. The big bunion that was on it is also gone. Thank you Dr. Shay. One negative: I encountered a very abrasive, rude staff member, however this is unusual at ORA.
