The office runs well and everyone is courteous and also professional. Dr. Shay is always cheerful and willing to answer questions. Glad to have him as my doctor.
Dr. Shay was good, thorough and friendly. He answered all questions and did a good job explaining my condition. ORA itself, however, leaves much to be desired. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed bothered to have to check patients in (isn’t that her job?!). I stood there for a solid five minutes before any acknowledgement (yes, she knew I was there). Wait time in the exam room prior to seeing the dr, was an hour+. Once he came in, everything else was fine.
Love Dr. Shay! Been with him since 2015. Wouldn't go anywhere else. He actually talks to you! Great personality! He takes care of you and cares what you think. I have a lot of foot problems with pain, he has helped reduce it.
Dr. Shay was thorough and very helpful in helping to understand how I can recover from my foot problem
