Went to the craps tables 6 times. Four of those times the dealers or table boss were extremely rude!! This is my first time back here in a couple of years and that's why! Last time they were very rude to the point I said I wasn't coming back. I gave them another try and they were just as rude this time. May be my last time at the Beau for a long time!! I'm not going to give you my money AND have you treat my like I'm garbage!!

I have read a lot of reviews of the staff being so rude. I do not read them and then take them as my own. I have stayed there before and never had a problem. After this weekend I will never stay again! I was at the pool with my girls, they were in the hot tub (not jumping or swimming) the security guard asked me if they were my girls. I said yes she said it was ok for them to be in there as long as I was in there. Well shortly after the the pool attendant came over yelling at me to get the kids out! I said ok.
