My boyfriend and I went there a few weeks ago with our friend to have lunch and it was packed in the parking lot! We originally thought it was a sit down/expensive place so we didn't even bother going on since we were in a hurry. Bears is a pretty bbq joint I like the cafeteria and simplicity of the place. Only thing it's missing is white onions and dill pickles like a serve your self deal. Can't have real deal now without those two items!!
A little pricey but for good food you get what you pay for. I love finding places with good food as I go across the country. Just had my 1st visit and hopefully many more to come. 2 thumbs up.
It was my first time and it was amazing! There is something for everyone and the sides were delicious.
These reviews drive me nuts. For those of us that arent princesses and have no sense of entitlement this place is wonderful. Sadly Yelp has taught people that complaining on the internet = free stuff and i think thats lame. Finally got something good going in Hartford and nobody is happy. Why would anybody open a business in this state serving these people?
My mom and I come to the Windsor location all the time! The pulled pork (with lots of delicious sauce), mac &cheese, and sweet potato are my favorites
