Actually bought a white outback with more equipment. All dealerships should model the customer experience at Beardmore Subaru the whole organization from top down is five star plus

Went and test drove a car I liked. Told the sales person I’m not sitting here for two hours to negotiate, contact me with your best price. He told me that we only negotiate in house, which to me is pressure to close the deal. I guess if they can’t step outside their safety zone, we can’t work together.
Have only dealt with them by phone at this time. Received email from them right away after sending first email for information. Salesman that returned by call answered all my questions and even went out to take pictures and sent them to me.
They got with right away with the information that I was requesting. I have no other personal dealing with the dealership.
