Contacted promptly. Did the usual, test drive. Agreed on a price. As a warning they do not hold used cars even with a deposit! Wanted me to drive up the next day and pay complete. Would not accommodate my schedule. Never had a dealership that did it want my money.
Dealer responded immediately. Excellent communication in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. Purchased vehicle.
Ended up buying a new crosstrek insread, good buying experience. Jerry was very helpful. Would deal with them again

I contacted them through this website waiting for a response they finally called after 3days. They told me to fill out a application online which I did that was another day then they called me to tell me the suv I was apply for was sold the other day??? customer service gets a 2star
Dealer did not want to work on pricing at all. Big ticket repairs potentially needed including power sliding door, swivel operators and missing table and post. I had planned to get inspected by my normal dealer but was discouraged by Beardmore personnel because "another dealer will obviously find things wrong since coming from another dealer and maybe 3rd party inspection would be better". Vehicle "sold" before I got chance to take for inspection. Dealer would not hold on a deposit due to being a pre-owned.

They were quick to turnover the keys, vehicle is as described. Somewhat easy to work with, besides a few small issues regarding the 2nd key to vehicle not included in the deal and cashing a down-payment without notifying me...which also wasn't part of the final deal.
