We had a 4 o'clock appointment on Monday the 8th but when we got there the Envision had been given to an employee as a loaner and was not available to test drive. We were asked to wait 45 minutes (or so) ... apparently the employee who had the vehicle was at their other job and didn't get off until 5. We had scrambled to get there and had other things we could be doing so we chose not to wait that long.
