The dealer experience was good, if not a bit overwhelming. I received 4 emails from 3 different people concerning the car and the dealership. It was only after calling the dealership to schedule a test drive that I found out that the car was not yet on the lot. My wife and I test drove a similar car and then were told that there was a possibility that this new car would not be on the lot for over a month due to COVID-19. Ill start by saying not your average car buying experience. Different states presents some issues especially with precautions due to cvd-19. Dealership was calling me answering my questions up to the point I sent the signed paperwork back for them to process the sale. Seemed to me after they had the sale they werent as eager to follow up or check in. Great experience! Nick was the salesman and although new at the job that took care of my purchase in a professional manner. Easy dude to talk to which made for an easy purchase. Great thing is once you buy a vehicle they give you a voucher for a free piggy back ride! Waiting for better weather to cash it in!

Arrived for my appointment at 4, was asked to wait in the sales persons office. During my wait, which in total was over 25 minutes (for a scheduled appointment) another sales person came into the office with some print outs and tried to explain to me that I was wrong on the blue book value of my car. I was not trying to sell my car though, and had not had any conversations to that regard. I was definitely shown personal financial information that I should have not seen during this encounter.
