RecommendedBear village is amazing great staff very helpful. Lots of things to do. Safe place to be and they are very nice about pets. Highly recommend to anyone. But the best thing about it is the staff for sure.
I'm rating BV 2 stars for the nice and spacious apartments and the best location and amentities in town. Unfortunately, most staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Amentities: Clubhouse is often locked without warning to residents. It is frustrating waking up early to go to the gym only to find out it's locked without warning. The pool has been closed at least 5 times this summer (at least 3-4 days at a time) due to other residents breaking glass. Management/security needs to patrol this area better to prevent this. I've lived at BV for a year and loved it! everything was amazing - i only left because of graduating early, otherwise i know i would've stayed thanks to the awesome environment, amenities, and staff (shoutout Alli and Alyssa for helping me with my move-out!)
I would recommend Bear Village because of how nice the staff is! The people at the front desk are so welcoming and willing to help. It is a very safe location and so close to campus. I’m living here again and I’m so excited!

I have lived at Bear Village the past 2 years, going on my 3rd right now. Great environment for students of Missouri State, great hospitality and very nice facilities. Plus it is super close to campus!
I have lived at bear village for 2 years now, and I have nothing negative to say! The location is so convenient to Missouri State University’s campus, the club house is very useful and a great place to hang out, and the quality of apartments overall are amazing. I’m glad to call this place my home for my last years of college!
