My dog was over 15 years old and suffering. They were caring and compassionate. They prepared a room with a blanket, bottled water, and tissues. They allowed me to grieve, and gave me time to say goodbye.

They have always been very good to my dogs and to me. Everyone is very nice to us! They haven’t taken great care of my dogs particularly my elderly one! I haven’t any complaints!

BVAH did a great job with my recent adopted kitties. Both spayed on Monday.
They came very close to killing our sick dog. They had her on an IV and never checked on her. When we picked her up we heard a dog crying and didn't know it was her. The so called doctor was checking us out and said "I never looked at her so don't know if she is a cat or a dog". Our baby had to be put down a week later. Never go there.
