If it wasn't for my cat surviving her stay here this place would get zero stars. My cat got a declaw and spay here. First off I am a nurse so I completely understand family members wanting updates on family during these Covid times of which I respected while she was staying here. I called when they told me to call if I didn't get any updates by that time they stated of which if I'm respecting the time you stated I should call, the incompetent staff should all be on the same page regarding updates on my kitty. I am very impressed on how we were treated at Bear Valley Animal Hospital. They all treated my gal Fancy very well. Even though they were crazy busy they still managed to stay very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and the receptionist were on top of things and staying very organized. I loved how friendly the receptionist were on answering phones and we're very sincere. Thank you Bear Valley Animal Hospital for seeing my cat Fancy and giving her the best care possible.❤️

We are at the best Vet in the High Desert today getting 4 of our Labradors check ups with Dr Velasco. Last week we took a few in as well. Today we have Zeus, Sailor, Patty and Matty in for their exams. We just LOVE Dr. Velasco and can't thank him enough for all he has done for our dogs, especially my Son's Service Dog Matix, but most importantly for saving his life! I've been going to see dr.velasco for many years with many pets. we recently moved from apple valley to Las Vegas. I've been very stressed over the corona virus and my new puppy was having some issues with her eyes. obviously we are all home and can not travel. I sent dr. velasco pics and spoke with him and he sent us her meds via mail.
