This place is the best ! Coffee, drinks, food, decor and atmosphere are all top notch. Service can be spotty at times, but after having to replace & retrain an entire staff along with rebuilding an entire restaurant I understand it. Customer service is lacking just about everywhere these days but it is almost always great here. I am super happy the owners decided to come back after the flood and restore this local treasure. Rock on Bean Hollow !!
Just moved to the area last month after 4 years on the west coast. Went to over 30 independent coffee shops while I was out west and this place is one of the best. So happy to find it so close to my new home ! Coffee and drinks are great, staff is very pleasant, location & atmosphere are hard to beat. Their coffee even makes my crappy home brewer sing ! I used to like Bean Hallow before I found employees BLONDE hair long piece in my mouth after taking a bite of an egg salad sandwich. New employees don't work professionally ( or work at all). My mom and I have always loved this place before these employees. The new sandwich maker and cashier had my box sitter there for 30 minutes before serving it I finally asked is that mine can I just take it?
