Love the specialty drinks and food menu items. However, the service is absolutely horrible. I have been going to bean hollow for years and was hoping since the flood and new hires that the service and attention to detail would improve but it has not. I ordered a pound of whole beans on Sunday and waited 17 minutes for the whole beans! The employees are too busy talking to cAre. This has been an ongoing problem. Hanging out sipping a cappuccino and listening to the local chat is enjoyable. The staff were young and enthusiastic. Have a great variety of drinks, treats, and coffees and teas that you can take away. Definitely worth stopping in And going back to.
I love the atmosphere and the food here. Used to come here with my Mom � when she was still with me, and bring my kids. Now they are grown and like coming here too. A great place to stop for a break while shopping in old Ellicott City.
