I see lots of wrong things happen from a food industry standpoint (&experience). Don't IGNORE THE BAD just because you feel the need to be loyal to a place that has been a landmark and a special to so many. A lot of people right now are ignoring incidents like the ones I described and its getting frustrating... we need to start admitting that the new employees are rude and immature and unprofessional. Terrible. USED TO BE GOOD. Management needs to RETRAIN or REHIRE. Why aren't people talking about how long drinks and food take now? Or how These NEW EMPLOYEES laugh and go on their PHONES when its not that busy and are rude and mess up ob simple things when it IS busy? Everyone sees it happen but no one takes the time to write a review about it.
