Almost a year ago this company took over several great practices. After spending several thousands of dollars on my dying cat when I tried to talk to the owner over a sentimental issue the owner instead of calmly talking to a distressed client he showed me to the door. Prior to the buy out I spent over $10,000 on my pets with these great doctors and techs. Now I take.my business elsewhere.
Very caring staff, well equipped for overnight hospitalization, gave estimate up front as to expected charges and kept to it. For an emergency 24/7 pet hospital this is the place to go in the tri-city area.
I believe they work miracles here! Thank you so much for taking care of little Maxine and for being supportive and understanding all the way. Will definitely recommend this place to other pet owners that I know of. Big big big thank you!
