My Maggie (Afghan. Desert Kuchi) dog , cut herself badly jumping on a picture window. The Veterinarian was quick and caring in stopping sever bleeding and saved her to that was almost severed. Amazing care and service. Thank you! Sincerely Robin & Maggie
Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more in a emergency.
My little dog had a bowel obstruction a few years ago. The staff here did an amazing job on his surgery and saved his life. I will be forever grateful. A few times over the years we've had to avail ourselves of the emergency service, again always top notch care. Wonderful staff, extraordinary surgeons.
Disappointing. I would not return or recommend. Better assessment of injuries should be priority, not overcharging people.
Almost a year ago this company took over several great practices. After spending several thousands of dollars on my dying cat when I tried to talk to the owner over a sentimental issue the owner instead of calmly talking to a distressed client he showed me to the door. Prior to the buy out I spent over $10,000 on my pets with these great doctors and techs. Now I take.my business elsewhere.
Very caring staff, well equipped for overnight hospitalization, gave estimate up front as to expected charges and kept to it. For an emergency 24/7 pet hospital this is the place to go in the tri-city area.
