Phenomenal!!! Who knew about cone paralysis?? I so appreciate the gentle care provided by Dr. Damron, Dakota and Amber on Friday night. Recent TPLO sensitive pitbull who wasn't using support back leg and was difficult to handle due to fear. And hadn't peed for 24 hours. Wow! They managed to trade cones without distress, take the cone off and have him pee. I was never so happy for simple things before. The care provided was exceptional. From the front desk to the back. All our questions were answered with complete transparency so that we could make the best decision we could reguarding Woobies care. Everyone who we came into contact with. The care by EVERY staff member is excellent. The front desk folks are kind and welcoming, the technicians treat me and my pet like we're family and the veterinarians are professional and compassionate.
