RecommendedMy dog Simon was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was Dr. Guenther who determined upon examining Simon that he needed the care of a more advanced facility than could be provided locally. His staff also made an appointment and transferred information to Upstate Veterinary Hospital in Greenville, SC as I was traveling to the facility. Dr. Fitch is amazing. the entire staff is awesome. made me feel like we were the most important client they had. most impressed with my experience.
A few good staff wayyyyy outnumbered by the insensitive ones and or money driven ones. So sad for the pets . Hopefully other parents have time to research and go elsewhere .
It is hard to find a Veterinary doctor you can trust.
The staff from receptionist to Vet on duty were all very nice, gentle and caring. They were efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Friendly staff, I like that it's open 24/7 to emergency walk-ins. Maco ripped his toenail completely off at 8 in the afternoon when most Vets are closed. We've been there before when our other dog had a stroke at 3 in the morning. Same friendly service.

Great doctors and nurses, very friendly and disarming, I like the blue hair, tattoos, and diversity of everyone who works there. They take the time to explain things and I never feel overwhelmed.
